Remember, it’s never too late to start, and even small bouts of physical activity can make a significant difference in your overall health.

Stay hydrated throughout the day by drinking plenty of water. I read that you should drink half your weight, in ounces, of water each day. So, if you weigh 120 lbs, be sure to drink at least 60 oz daily.

    Eating well not only fuels your body but also supports healthy aging and reduces the risk of chronic conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and osteoporosis.

Baby boomers, those of us born between 1946-1964, are increasingly stepping in to help our adult offspring navigate financial waters. This trend is reshaping the dynamics of traditional monetary independence that’s been a hallmark of adulthood.
